Tu je očigledno problem da ne znaju tko im je to platio i za što.
Ono kaj sad moraš - skeniraj uplatu iz banke i pošalji im to u mailu sa opširnim objašnjenjem što je bilo i što želiš na support.
Oni te nemaju u podacima kao usera i to je problem.

poslao sma im lijepi email dan nakon uplate i oni nista
