doručak: 5g kreatina + 30g dekstroze za 30tak minuta banana + voćni jogurt
ručak: kelj + raženi kruh + malo oraha
marenda: 3 kuhana jaja + raženi kruh
večera: kulen + raženi + posni ( 2 zalogaja sam max uzeo ) => idem na trening do 22h
PWM => 30g wheya + 50g dekstroze + 5g kreatina
Sad se vratih  i čeka me konzerva tune + raženi
Od jutra do sad popio nekih 9l vode, i miran sam do sutra ^^

Smanji malo kemiju a vode ti je dovoljno do 4 litre inače možeš vrlo lako poremetiti elektrolite pogotovo jer vježbaš - na dugi period to može biti opasno.
