Baš čudno da nema Local Users and Groups. Nažalost imam instaliran samo XP,a frend je maknuo Vistu sa laptopa, imao je previše zafrkancije pa nemam gdje pogledat. Nego ako si administrator možeš probati i run as... pa tako otvorit command prompt.
