Gosh darnit, my mistake.  I think that PCI-E 2.0 cards will work in old PCI-E 1.1 slots. But my opinion means nothing. Let him buy HD 2950Pro, and he can tell us later on, if it works in old PCI-E. Fair enough, don't you agree?  |
Or even better, buy two, crossfire them, and beat 8800GTX Ultra in tests, using famous "Two bad, Milosh dead" strategy
