nece sigurno na 8mbps biti upload 1mbps (teoretski maksimum adsl tehnologije), prije ce biti 512kbps ili 768kbps
iscekujem bilokakav odgovor amisa 
EDIT: na private trackerima se bez problema moze iskoristiti i 16mbps, posto seederi uglavnom imaju 100mbps up
