2. Kingmax cooperate with Nanya for the new chips DDR2 667 memory, the blue one. So some timing and SPD settings are different to the Green one, even the module appearance.
3. The packing for green one is first generation to the market, now we use new packing for our memory products afterward.

Both of them are KINGMAX official products with lifetime warranty.

Good day, this is Matt, FAE from KINGMAX.

First of all, sorry for confusing you caused by KINGMAX DDR2 667 memory products. Just like you said, they came with different PCB color and red BGA chip.

Let me explain it to you simply:

1. They are different chip size, because memory chips technology innovate continuously, from the early 0.35 nanometer to 0.18-->0.13-->0.11 nanometer currently, means we can package the chip size smaller.
2. Kingmax cooperate with Nanya for the new chips DDR2 667 memory, the blue one. So some timing and SPD settings are different to the Green one, even the module appearance.
3. The packing for green one is first generation to the market, now we use new packing for our memory products afterward.

Both of them are KINGMAX official products with lifetime warranty.
