(mozda se pojavi neki bios update koji to bude vratio na normalno)

the computer is switched off, but all the USB connectors remain supplied with power, I mean all the hubs connectors remain lit on and also the 4 one on the back of the PC remain power supplied. Afterwards If I switch off the power supply unit directly on the back of the PC then as one could expect everything is switched off and the motherboard led goes off.

the mainboard +5vdc standby power will keep the USB ports powered after system shutdown...that is pretty normal for Asus mainboards. This is the standard for a number of reasons. The usb subsystem is interested in whether or not it is being overloaded, because an overload could damage the mainboard, so it is constantly sensing its current draw. In order for the subsystem to do this, it needs the +5vdc power on at all times.

a sve to opravdano 'vrlo dobrim razlogom' LOL

The USB subsystem is set up to do more than transfer data....it power certain peripherals and recharges batterys, keeps your coffee warm and launches rockets... another reason why USB is powered all the time.
