Evo kako ćeš vratiti disk na tvorničke postavke jer si možda nešto zabrljao kad si radio sa seatoolsima:
"First you will want to zero fill the drive. This will remove any partition
information and make the drive appear as though it just came from the
factory.
Download the SeaTools for DOS from our website:
http://seatools.seagate.com
Once you have done this, boot the system to SeaTools floppy or CD.
Press "Z" to take you into the zero fill utility then press "T" and set
the time to 30 seconds. Once you have set the time press "F" to start the
procedure.
This will guide you through the preparation of your SATA drive for the
installation of Windows XP and SATA controllers.
SATA drives do not require drivers, however, SATA controller cards do.
The driver may be located on a CD or floppy diskette that was shipped with
your motherboard or SATA controller
card. If you do not have it, please contact your motherboard or SATA
controller card manufacturer to obtain
the latest driver(s)."
Ovo su meni napisali iz Seagatea mada mislim da bi win xp SP1 trebao imati podršku za sATA (ispravite me ako griješim) a SP2 pogotovo. Dalje možeš koristiti neki od partition managera ali i partition manager od win xp-a prilikom instalacije bi morao uredno raditi. Doduše ja sam imao jedan drugi problem ali ovako ti se vraće disk na tvorničke postavke kako tvrde iz Seagate Technical Support-a.
