Spies managed to snap a picture of the R600XTX, the top of the OEM line. It comes with
1024MB of 512Mbit memory. We are of course talking about
GDDR4 memory that works at over 2000MHz. R600 supports a 512Mbit controller and memory. The big R600XTX card codenamed Dragon's Head is the
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and
SIs (System Integretor) card only.
