Start -> Run -> upišeš gpedit.msc -> Administrative Templates -> Desktop i desno odabereš s desnom tipkom Remove Recycle Bin icon from the desktop pa Properties -> Enabled -> dolje na Apply, refreshas jedanput i voila ikonica nestala.
