Ovo sve objašnjava:
Printer manufacturer EPSON was caught with their pants down today, and not a little.
Here in the Netherlands we have a very important 'consumer watch' entity which test many products and business in many ways. What did they discover .. you know the formula right ? Buy a printer cheap and sell the inkt-cartridges for a lot of money. Well, it seems that EPSON implemented a small chip on the cartridges a while ago that will prevent the cartridge from printing after a number of prints.
So basically you think your cartridge is emtpy, your PC will actually report it, then you replace it with another 35-40 dollar cartridge(s) right ? Well, it seems that the remaining ink in the 'emtpy' cartridge is good for another 30 to 100 pages !
EPSON was caught red handed, the consumer watch recommends consumer not to buy Epson printer anymore and I agree, the prices for ink are so ridiculously high and with that in mind EPSON pulls this trick, ridiculous.
I just wonder if EPSON is the only one doing this trick, or perhaps it's the entire inkjet mafia.
