The AMD Dual-Core Optimizer can help improve some PC gaming video performance. What it does is properly synchronize both cores's TSC (time stamp counter) clock for clock, which doesn't seem to have been the case up until now. It doesn't really improve performance at all. It is mainly gonna fix the stutters, long pauses, and some crashes in programs (games) that are not coded for dual processor function.
