Nabavio sam Gigabyte RTX 5090 Gaming OC 32 GB i zamijenio postojecu GTX 1080 u ovoj konfiguraciji:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X
MBO: MSI MAG X670E Tomahawk Wi-Fi
RAM: 64 GB DDR5 (G.Skill 6400 MHz)
PSU: Seasonic Vertex PX-1000 (ATX 3.0, Platinum)
Hlađenje: Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360
Kućište: Fractal Design North XL
Na pocetku sam skuzio da kutija od napajanja nema prikladan kabel, tj da mi treba 12VHPWR, u Linksu sam pronasao ovaj:

Druge opcije su bili rainbow kabeli po 70 eura.
Nakon instalacije RTX 5090 računalo je pocelo stekati te se takodjer nakon par minuta koristenja restarta (Kernel-Power 41 error u Event Vieweru). Restart se događao čak i kod malog opterećenja (otvaranje prozora u Windowsu), moguce da je vezano i za Discord app koji mi se otvara tijekom pokretanja, ali nisam testirao, tek sam jucer saznao za taj problem.

Takodjer sam koristio DDU da maknem stare drivere (defaultne postavke) + provjerio fizicki spoj s obje strane (stiskao koliko se dalo), temperature su bile normalne, voltaxe ok, u BIOSu nisam vidio da je graficka izlistana, a u Windowsima ju je prepoznao (instalirao sam NVidia Studio drivere).
Kod vracanja GTX 1080, spazio sam da je jedan saraf bio pao sa strane, ali nije bio na maticnoj pa sumnjam da je do toga bio problem.
Uglavnom sa GTX 1080 sada opet sve normalno radi.
1000W nije dovoljno cak niti kada se nista ne dogadja?

Pronasao sam neke preporuke po Redditu, ali nisam to jos isprobao.
Did you install the OC-key and flip the switch to "I" or plug in the OC jumper? With a 5090, you absolutely need to do one or the other, or you're liable to trip PSU protection when it's running in multi-rail mode and the GPU is running near its max power, since this imposes lower per connector current limits that the 5090 can easily trip. Plugging in the OC jumper or the OC-key and switching it to "I" will set it to single rail mode, where the current limit is the 133A limit of the PSU, which the 5090 won't trip.
Uglavnom, zanima me da li ima smisla nesto probati prije nego se odlucim kupiti napajanje? I ako za ovu graficku treba mjenjati postavke napajanja i sl, dal bi bilo sigurnije da to ostavim servisu da to odrade? Problem je sto ne mogu bez racunala zbog posla, pa bih jedino mogao da to odrade preko vikenda, a to je tesko pronaci.
