Nažalost u ovom trenutku su izglednije ovakve citirane vratolomije iz nastavka, nego da Intel sam napravi sve potrebne izmjene i promjene, jer oni i dalje samo pričaju o sljedećoj generaciji, a onda kad to treba stići na tržište, krenu priče o odgađanju, jer ona opet sljedeća generacija bude vrijedna čekanja, dok se u međuvremenu rotiraju direktori, a konkurencija grabi sve više i više, odnosno Intelu ostaje sve manje i manje.

Trump administration is looking for a breakthrough for Intel, and they are demanding that Taiwan get a 49% stake in Intel, in order for the trade deal to proceed further. More importantly, the other option is to invest $400 billion into the US, which is a much more costly venture, so for Taiwan and TSMC, an Intel stake acquisition actually makes sense here.

President Donald Trump, in a talk with CNBC yesterday, announced that Taiwan's TSMC is investing $300 billion in the US to build chip manufacturing plants. TSMC's primary investment is in Arizona, where the firm aims to build six new chip fabrication plants through a $165 billion foreign direct investment, which is the largest of its kind in US history. The latest bout of US trade negotiations has also reignited rumors of a Taiwanese investment in Intel. Such rumors were rife earlier this year, with several sources claiming that TSMC might set up a joint venture with Intel to bail out the latter from its chip manufacturing difficulties. However, a Taiwanese investment in Intel is unlikely, as the firm's problem isn't a lack of funds but the inability to execute advanced manufacturing technology.
