Jeste provjerili kaj sve DPC Latency Checker ili LatencyMon otkrivaju uz kombinaciju AutoRuns i Process Explorer pozadinskih peripetija. Kakva god Windows 11 bila tragikomedija, nije baš normalno da se smrzne ničim izazvan kroz svakodnevno korištenje. I za svaki slučaj provjerite Task Scheduler, jer tu isto ima dosta automatskih pozadinskih gluposti koje doprinose da se OS nepotrebno svako malo smrzne iz čista mira.

Nikaj čudnog ispod haube se ne pokreće. Hovewer evo što je Latency Monitor javio čim sam kliknuo dolje na one systray ikonice (je smrzo se na par sekundi):
