Intel confirms Core Ultra 200 launch didn’t go as planned, promises performance fix by early December

Intel has learned from reviewers that in certain configurations, performance data sometimes diverges significantly from Intel’s official results. Specifically, gaming performance in some cases did not align with Intel’s communicated expectations. The good news is that a fix may be on the way. The more such issues overlap, the more likely a system is to underperform. It’s not solely related to system memory latency, though Intel noted that some reviews reported over 180 ns latency, while the company expected a maximum of 80 ns. However, latency is not the root issue for lower performance.

Certain BIOS versions or system settings may contribute to lower performance, an area that Intel is currently investigating. Hallock did not provide specifics on what exactly is being examined or what fixes users should expect, but he did indicate that these improvements are expected by the end of this month or early December at the latest. We just couldn’t pass the opportunity to ask about Intel’s stance on next-gen CPU support for the LGA-1851 socket. Unfortunately, Hallock couldn’t answer because of legal restrictions. The company can’t share plans or roadmaps, during such interviews. There was nothing stopping Intel from sharing this data during Arrow Lake launch, though.

Ništa čudno da ih sad "pravni razlozi" sprječavaju u potvrđivanju ili osporavanju LGA-1851 Arrow Lake nasljednika.

IMHO najgore bude, ako ispadne da je Arrow Lake jedino kaj misle imati na LGA-1851, jer do 2026. nema naznaka za nekog nasljednika. Ljudi budu svašta pretrpjeli po pitanju ovih pizdarija koje su trenutno aktualne, ali nema šanse da budu oprostili samo jednu i to ovak sfušanu generaciju, pa onda ajmo opet sve novo kaj već misle izbaciti, jer u Intelu se više nažalost ne zna kaj tko radi.

Taman dok oni poprave Arrow Lake, novi 9800X3D bude već na akcijskim cijenama, a onda se začas Zen 6 smjesti u AM5, dok Intel PR objašnjava opet novi socket i čipset za 2026. godinu.
