Solution 1: Check if there are any corrupted files on Windows.
1-Restart your computer while holding the "Shift” button
2-The Advanced Startup menu will open on the boot.
3-Go to Troubleshoot.
4-Now, go to Advanced Options >Command prompt
5-Run these commands:
chkdsk c: /f /r (and press Enter)
sfc /scannow (and press Enter)
6-When finished close the command prompt then click to return to the first screen
7-Click to continue to normal boot
8-Reboot your PC and check if the problem is fixed
Solution 2: Restore your computer to a previous point before the problem.
1-Restart your computer while holding the “Shift” button
2-The Advanced Startup menu will open on the boot.
3-Go to Troubleshoot.
4-Now, go to Advanced Options > System restore
5-Select a restore point and click on next to restore
6-Reboot your PC and check if the problem is fixed
Solution 3: Uninstall the updates installed recently.

4-Now, go to Advanced Options > Uninstall Updates
5-Click on Uninstall the latest quality update and then click Uninstall quality update on the next screen.
