Kaj se Intela tiče, sve je to lijepo i krasno sad kad su još na monolitnim izdanjima, ali Lunar i Arrow Lake uvode chiplet/tile i sve nakon njih ide tim istim "problematičnim" AMD putem kad i u Intel slučaju, TSMC ne može nešto previše napraviti po pitanju I/O skaliranja, zato je i kod njih išla slična kombinacija, gdje I/O ostaje na 6nm, dok jezgre idu na 3nm.
