Makar Zen 5 je već jedno vrijeme spreman, tak da lako moguće da izdaju nove modele već u srpnju ili ranom kolovozu.

The Ryzen 9000 CPUs allegedly offer potent gaming performance, capable of beating the Ryzen 7 7800X3D and the Ryzen 9 7950X3D with ease. The former is the current fastest gaming chip, beating the Core i9-14900K and the 14900KS in most titles. If this engineering sample is clocked at 5.8GHz, we can expect the retail units to hit 6GHz or more. AMD’s Ryzen 9000 processors are expected to be announced during the Computex keynote on the 3rd of June. The chipmaker is expected to launch the Granite Ridge desktop and Strix Point mobility CPUs at the event. The retail launch is supposed to take place in July.

Motherboard vendors including ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, ASRock & Biostar have released the respective BIOS for their AM5 motherboards to support the upcoming CPUs. These companies will also be introducing new motherboards based on the 800-series chipset though it looks like some vendors will likely focus on the existing 600-series lineup since a lot of Ryzen PC builders who shifted to AM5 made the shift so they can be eligible for a drop-in upgrade to a future Ryzen CPUs. AMD is committed to 2025+ plans for the AM5 family and Ryzen 9000 will mark the 2nd AM5 Desktop family.
