Use two fingers to do that and now you can press the power button. Do not let go of the two keys you are holding.
Sometimes it takes almost a minute before the notebook reacts and displays onscreen that it is recovering the corrupt BIOS.
When the notebook displays that it is recovering the corrupt BIOS,you can release the keys and let the notebook do its business with the recovery.
