shadow, kako sam kazao, koristim odvlaživač, i ne samo zimi. Radi se o stambenoj zgradi u kojoj smo mi na vrhu, na 100m od mora. Zrak je hoćeš nećeš vlažan.
Davnijih godina krov je puštao, ali nije nitko ništa poduzimao dok voda nije doslovno tekla. Krov je popravljen, i kasnije je bilo natezanja oko toga pušta li opet ili ne pušta. Voda sigurno ne teče, izolacija je loša. Kada sam stavio PVC prozore onda sam nabavio i odvlaživač i njegov efekt mi se učinio najveći prvih nekoliko mjeseci kada je očito dobro posušio zidove.
S odvlaživač zidovi su vidno suši, znali su se doslovno ljeskati tijekom vlažnijeg vremena. S time da je uvijek bilo pitanje curenje ili kondenzacija, moje mišljenje je bilo da je to kondenzacija uslijed visoke vlažnosti zraka. Dokazati obratno se pokazalo teško. Život u zgradi je sranje. Ako i dolazi neka manja količina vlage iz zida, je nemam nikakve šanse bilo što poduzeti po tom pitanju. Novi popravak krova neće biti tema dok voda opet eventualno ne bude opet tekla iz utičnica.
Što se tiče tog draca, koliko ljudi toliko čudi, dobivan kontradiktorne informacije. Ako stavim taj aligicid, hoću li ja vizualno dobiti potvrdu da to djeluje, odnosno hoće li crnilo biti umanjeno? U oba slučaja plan je sličan: prskanje, pranje i onda struganje. Jedino što bih svakako htio maknuti sve što je crno prije nego što gore stavljam boju.

Zaražene fasadne površine operemo mlazom vode; unutarnje obrišemo mokrom krpom. Suhe premažemo razrijeđenim ALGICIDOM PLUS (ALGICIDE PLUS : voda = 1 : 5). Bočicu prije upotrebe dobro protresemo. Pripravak nanosimo kistom ili ličilačkim valjkom, za jako zaražene površine preporučamo dvoslojni nanos. Drugi nanos je u normalnim uvjetima moguć nakon 8 do 12 sati.
U slučaju aplikacije s prskalicom ALGICIDE PLUS ne rijedimo.
Nove dekorativne i zaštitne premaze možemo na površine premazane ALGICIDOM PLUS nanostiti samo kad su posve suhe – obično je to nakon 8 do 12 sati poslije zadnjeg nanosa ALGICIDA PLUS.
Premazivanje je moguće samo u primjerenim vremenskim uvjetima odnosno primjerenim mikroklimatskim uvjetima:
temperatura zraka i zidne podloge neka ne bude niža od +5 şC i ne viša od +35 şC, relativna vlažnost zraka ne viša od 80 %. Fasadne površine od utjecaja sunca, vjetra i padalina zaštitimo sa zavjesama, no bez obzira na takvu zaštitu, po kiši, magli ili jakom vjetru (≥30 km/h) ne radimo.

People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork, and just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your Social Security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you, sooner or later, 'cause they own this f*cking place. It's a big club, and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club. And by the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. All day long beating you over the head in their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy. The table is tilted folks. The game is rigged, and nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. Good honest hard-working people -- white collar, blue collar, it doesn’t matter what color shirt you have on -- good honest hard-working people continue -- these are people of modest means -- continue to elect these rich c*cksuckers who don’t give a f*ck about them. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don't care about you at all -- at all -- at all. And nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. That's what the owners count on; the fact that Americans will probably remain willfully ignorant of the big red, white and blue dick that's being jammed up their assholes everyday. Because the owners of this country know the truth: it's called the American Dream, because you have to be asleep to believe it.
