Update: The proprietary power cable, p/n 54Y9355, runs from a connector on motherboard, to the optical drive, then to the HDD. You could use a
SATA power Y splitter on your existing HDD power connector, if your power cable doesn't have a second connector 2/3 of the way down. The data cable, p/n 54Y9945, is standard SATA 3, 24 inches long with a 90 degree turn at one end. You can use any SATA cable with the same specs. It was connected to the red connector, but I moved it to the beige (slower) connector since I'll be adding a SDD soon.
