Showtime announced today that
Your Honor has been picked up for a second season. The news arrives six months after the drama concluded its freshman run, and comes as somewhat of a surprise as it was originally billed as a limited series. However a successful debut outing, including it garnering the network's largest-ever audience for a limited series, helped it secure another run.
The show stars Bryan Cranston as a respected judge in New Orleans who has dedicated his entire life to raising his teenaged son, Adam. But when Adam confides in his dad that he was involved in a hit-and-run accident, it results in a high-stakes game of lies, deceit, and impossible choices.
Showtime has ordered another 10 episodes for Season 2 of
Your Honor, which is slated to return in 2022.
