Evo jedan korisnički test:

Please find below a test done by a fellow Fenix 6XPro Solar user:
To be read before asking questions about how feasible is to upgrade to Solar or buy the Solar...

"Solar charging test done with Garmin Fenix 6x Pro Solar:
Watch placed for 3h in direct sun(perpendicular on the sunlight), removed from the wrist to follow the exact instructions.
Light >50.000 lux, battery saver on to remove all the smart watch features that might consume the battery (connectivity, HR, music and others).
Result: charged for only 1% 🤣. According to the info received from Garmin guys, this is the normal behavior. This is the best the solar charger can handle.
From my point of view this function is useless because:
1. You don't stay perpendicular to the sunlight when you are outdoor or when you move.
2. If you enter in forest or in shady areas, no more charging.
3. 6 months per year the watch is covered by sleeves from jacket or top, no more charging.
4. If you manage to fulfill all the required conditions for full solar charging, it will take 300 hours to have a full charge. 300 hours or 3 hours per day...for 100 days. More exactly if you stay still, without moving, the ENTIRE summer with the watch under direct sunlight....you get a full charge. To be able to do that you need no rainy or cloudy days.
Ps. I am a Garmin fan and I would buy Fenix 6xPro again, anytime, but without solar charging, since is almost useless."
