Bome bumo.
Muku mučim s jajima.
Jedem ih svaki dan ujutro, 3-4 komada, kuhana. Kolesterol mi je povišen i raste. Liječnici tvrde da moram izbaciti jaja iz prehrane ili bar ostaviti na jedno dnevno.
Pijem i mlijeko, litru dnevno. Također vele da izbacim iz prehrane jer uzrokuje nekakve želučane tegobe, truć sruć.
