Sparkle who is basically the overseas version of eVGA was hosting the 83.40 Forceware drivers for their range of video cards. This release is a reference release supporting the whole range of NVIDIA GeForce GPU's. What's new? No clue, but the file dates are Jan 04, 2006. Below is the scoop:
