Našao sam uzročnika, proces koji to radi. Deffered Procedure Calls. Ima veze sa hardverskim konfliktima.

Čini se da je grafička, ovo sam našao na jednom forumu, nije ista grafička al je isti simptom.

I've got exactly the same problem: Dell Dim 8400/Geforce 6800, excessive CPU use due to DPC's; usually starts about ten mins after startup and occurs occasionally thereafter.

I replaced the GeForce 6800 with a ATI Radeon X550 (256 MB) PCIexpress. I have now worked with the computer for a few hours, and I have had no problems whatsoever.
