AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT with 2,560 ALUs and 12GB GDDR6

Shortly after the release of the AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT and RX 6800 (test) based on the new RDNA-2 architecture and the Navi-21 GPUs, there are initial rumors about the Radeon RX-6700 series. Like the Radeon-RTX-6800 series, the smaller series will consist of two graphics cards based on the Navi-22 GPU. Unsurprisingly, both Radeon-RX-6700 series graphics cards are based on the smaller Navi 22 aka NavyFlounderwith up to 40 CUs, 2,560 shaders and 12 GB of GDDR6 video memory. The video memory, on an equal footing with the Radeon RX-6800 series, is designed to support the new AMD Infinity Cache technology for higher overall storage interface performance. In the case of Navi 22 XT (Radeon RX 6700 XT) and Navi 22 XTL (Radeon RX 6700), however, the memory bus should only be 192-bit wide. The Total Graphics Power ("TGP") is provided by Patrick Schurr with 186 to 211 watts for the Radeon RX 6700 XT and 146 to 156 watts for the Radeon RX 6700. The TGP of the direct predecessors Radeon RX 5700 XT and RX 5700 (test) was 225 and 180 watts respectively.
