Oprosti, ali nema sanse! Ako auto ima bilo kakav Unfall registriran kod osiguranja, ono vise nije Unfallfrei. Nema veze gdje je popravljano i koliko je popravljano. To tako ovamo funkcionira i nikako drugacije.
Oprosti ali ima šanse. Kupovao sam i prodavao malo više autiju u Nemčiji. Manja oštećenja(dolje ti piše kako se "kvalificiraju"),kao peglanje karoserija(ne smije uključivati mehaniku) još spada pod unfalfrei. Tko je plaćao štetu je nebitno po njemačkom zakonu koliko vidim.

Many years ago, the OLG Cologne dealt with the clarification of when a vehicle can be said to be accident-free . In the judgment of June 11, 1975 (Az. 2 U 31/74) it says:

The term 'accident-free' or 'accident-free' is used uniformly in the motor vehicle trade. It states that a vehicle has not suffered any damage that can be regarded as significant. The significance of a damage is determined by the general public opinion, which excludes only minor, repaired sheet metal damage and “blemishes” from the concept of accident-free status.

An accident-free vehicle may well have been involved in a traffic accident in the past if it did not cause any significant damage to the vehicle. Thus, minor damage suffered does not generally exclude a tender as "accident-free". However, it is not easy to differentiate between a trivial matter and an accident .

Although affect pure paint damage not no accidents in general, but even at body damage also are lawyers do not always agree . It is therefore necessary to examine the circumstances of each individual case . The factors that are relevant in addition to the type of damage include the age and mileage of the vehicle , the sales price and the repair costs invested .

A vehicle can be described as accident-free as long as it has not suffered any significant damage in the course of a collision. If the accident resulted in only minor damage , the vehicle is generally still considered accident-free.

Znači zgreban auto,dentovi na limariji....prolazi kao unfalfrei. Sjebeš far ili bilošta od mehanike? Više ne prolazi kao unfalfrei.

(ovo je sve prevedeno sa nemčije,uglavnom sud u Koelnu,dudše davno ali zakon još stoji,je tako presudio u više navrata kao što ti piše)

Sukus svega je da je to loophole gdje dealer(i posljedično sud kao što vidimo u prvom quoteu) mogu odrediti što je minor damage na temelju više faktora....od vozila do vozila.
