Definiraj pitanje malo bolje. Što misliš pod:
Set utega i šipku?
Koliko utega trebaš? Koliko novaca misliš dati? Što misliš raditi s tim? Jel želiš DL raditi npr? Onda trebaš 100+kg utega. Benčaš? Želiš benčat? Koliko možeš potisnut?
Npr. military press, dosta ti je šipka za početak i jedno 2x5kg utega.
Ali za veslanje trebaš npr. 2x10kg utega.
Bench, ovisno o snazi, 2x20kg utega + šipka.
DL, 4x20kg utega.
Biceps curl, isto nešto malo utega itd.

Plates
Start with about 120kg/260lb worth of plates. Together with your bar, this will keep you busy for up to six months. The plate holes must be 50mm/2″ holes to fit your bar. The biggest 20kg/45lb plate must have 45cm/17″ diameter for proper form on Deadlifts and Barbell Rows.
Here’s the plate setup I recommend you start with:
KG – 4x20kg, 2x10kg, 2x5kg, 2×2.5kg, 2×1.25kg.
