Intel Capital President Wendell Brooks resigned from the company, the Wall Street Journal said in a report on Thursday. He also served as Intel's senior vice president.

While at Intel Capital, Brooks was in charge of strategic growth. Among other things, he worked on equity investments in tech startups and companies, mergers and acquisitions and new business incubation.
