E to ne znam, imam 60hz monitor pa nemam ni mogućnosti to (ne)osjetiti. Googlajući nalazim ovo:

144hz (or higher) PSA

Goto your Documents folder > Escape from Tarkov > open local.ini

Inside you will see a refresh rate setting which will say 60hz.

Change it to your monitor refresh rate

IMPORTANT: Set the file to read only (or it will just reset to 60hz)

Enjoy a smoother experience.
