Koliko znam od prije MSI za grafičke radi rma.
Čak im ni račun nije trebao kad sam ih pitao - uzimali su datum proizvodnje.

Kad se već ova tema spominje prije nekih par mjeseci kontaktirao sam i AOC (razmatrao sam da kupim njihov monitor sa Amazona) jer me zanimalo kakva je situacija sa reklamacijom, evo što kažu:
Ja: Hello, I am thinking of buying AOC monitor on Amazon EU (I live in Croatia). They give only 2 years of warranty but AOC monitors have three years of warranty. Is it possible to RMA monitor (if it become defective) directly to AOC in third year?
AOC:Thanks for considering our products. If anything should go wrong with your monitor withing our three year warranty period you can contact support and they will gladly help you with any problem you may have. Let me know if you have any other questions or if you need help choosing the right monitor for your needs
Ja: Hello again. Two more questions: Where do I send monitor in Europe if something is wrong with monitor and who is paying the shipping?
AOC: If anything should go wrong with your monitor, you should contact the support service here:
https://eu.aoc.com/en/service-contact and they will give you instructions on where to send it. Who pays for the shipping costs depends on the type of problem you might have. Let me know if you have any other questions!
