Gigabyte Aorus Pro x399 tr4 i kompatibilnost DDR4
Pozdrav,
Slažem TR 2950X radnu stanicu, a baza je Gigabyte Aorus Pro x399. E sad, za to trebam hrpu rama. Maksimum zapravo, što bi trebalo biti 128GB. Gledao sam HyperX 2x16 3466 MHz kitove, ali na službenoj listi podržanih modula nema niša više od modula od 8GB iznad 2400 MHz.
Ima li tko iskustva s tom pločom i modulima od 16GB?
Ispalo je da o RAM-ima znam puno manje nego što sam mislio. Jel može možda netko pojasniti što Gigabyte-u znači ovo;
1. 8 x DDR4 DIMM sockets supporting up to 128 GB of system memory - jasno
2. Quad channel memory architecture - jasno
3. Support for DDR4 3600+*(O.C.)/ 3466(O.C.)/ 3333(O.C.)/ 3200(O.C.)/ 2933(O.C.)/ 2800(O.C)/ 2667/ 2400/ 2133 MHz memory modules
* Recommend to use a 1st Gen. Ryzen™ Threadripper™ processor to achieve 3600MHz (O.C.) speed. - Znači li to da za više od 2667 MHz treba "ručni" overclock?
4. Support for ECC Un-buffered DIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8 memory modules - - jasno
5. Support for non-ECC Un-buffered DIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8/1Rx16 memory modules Je li navedeni HyperX buffered ili nije? I znači li to da idu 16GB moduli, ali samo u "single channelu"?
6. Support for Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules - jasno
