TSMC N7 HPC 251 sq mm Navi die vs custom TSMC 12FFN 445 sq mm Turing die. TSMC N7 D0 and yields for big dies (> 200 sq mm) is very close to TSMC 16nm from their own statements.

I have some numbers/yield graphs for this one (albeit from TSMC, not AMD). TSMC reported the fastest D0 reduction ever for their N7. For large dies, TSMC says it's near their 16FF levels and better than their N10, reach near-parity by EoY.
