Microsoft has confirmed that their latest Windows 10 update (KB4482887), which released on march 1st, can actually degrade graphics and mouse performance in some games.
Windows update KB4482887 has destroyed framerates and mouse performance in PC games like Apex Legends and Destiny 2.
