Da steta, jer bi recimo bilo dobro spojiti PS3 u 720p na 1440p monitor i dobiti jasnu sliku kao na 720p 32" tvu.

720p is going to be interpolated on a 1440p monitor even though the pixels are half. Interpolation is still going to occur.
The only way interpolation will not occur is if the monitor firmware is designed specifically to run half resolutions without interpolation. No gaming monitors are designed like this. Some 4K monitors and televisions however do have programming to recognize and turn off interpolation for half resolutions.
