Radi kod persistent notifications, ne vidim zašto ne bi i ovdje. Ima i kratki video tutorial.

Tnx, gledao i to, ali ne dela na nugatu. Persistent notifikacije mice jedino na oreu, a za nugat trazi drugi tool + root:

"Android Nougat (7) or older: This will not block persistent notifications. If you want that you should try*AutoTools Root."
