Further to your query, please be advised that the currency of your Skrill account has been fixed to HRK upon your first transaction attempt and is no longer changeable.
If you need a Skrill account in a different currency, you will need to first close the current one from "Settings" >> "Account Settings" >> "Account Status" section of your account, and then create a new one in the desired currency, using a different email address of yours.
If you decide to go this way, please contact us back from your new primary email address for the account, so we can release any payment instruments used in the closed account, as well as transfer any verifications completed so far.

Meni još i dalje nije 100% kako bi to sve funkcioniralo. Account mi je u HRK. Kada sam naručivao karticu, odabrao sam EUR.
Dakle, prebacim na bitpandu 1LTC. Onda uzme neki fee za prodaju, i taj fiat prebacim na Skrill account. Skrill odmah uzme 4% jer prebacuje EUR u HRK zbog accounta. Onda idem plaćati sa karticom, recimo 100kn benzina. Onda se ti HRK konvertiraju u EUR protuvrijednosti tog računa u kunama? I opet ode 4% + 1,79% za transakciju?
