U tom slučaju trebate napraviti slijedeće:
1)
Citiraj:
1- Right click on start menu and click on Run. "For those who the start menu does not respond with right click, right click on taskbar - click on Task Manager - from File menu on the left upper corner select Run new task".
2-White the command regedit and click Enter.
3- Go to path [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WpnUserService].
4-Double click on Start from the right side.
5-Change the value data to 4 then OK.
6-Reboot.
That's it.

Otići u Settings -> Accounts -> Sign In Options and turn off "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update or a restart".
Nakon toga resetirate rig, možda će na slijedećem bootu blokirati, ako se to desi, samo ga ponovo resetirajte i sve bi nakon toga trebalo raditi  -->

Imam glupi problem softverske prirode (mislim da Win10 zezaju) na novom rigu.
Znači više kartica je na rigu + Z270-P matična + G3900 CPU koji u sebi ima integriranu grafiku.
U Device manageru se ta integruša uopće ne vidi.
U BIOSu sam postavio primary adapter da bude CPU graphics.
Spojim monitor na integrušu, pokaže BIOS, počme bootati Win, međutim onda se resetira, i tako stalno.
Prebacim kabel na jednu od grafa - sve radi.
Službene drivere od Asusa za integrušu neće da instalira - da sistem "does not support it", šta god to značilo.
Ostale drivere od Asusa nisam ni instaliravao jer je Win digao svoje.
Probao sam i kombinaciju, spojiti dummy monitor na jednu od grafa, a pravi monitor na integrušu - isto neće.
U čemu bi mogao biti problem?
Google ne daje neke rezultate.
EDIT: Riješio.

Izgubio par sati tražeći rješenje, pa da nekome olakšam ako naiđe na isti problem...
Znači može se desiti ako spajate više grafa, a želite koristiti integrušu za monitor, da Win10 blokiraju, tj. ne reagiraju više na lijevi klik dolje na Start, a kad ih idete ugasiti ili restartati, onda dobijete ovu poruku:
Task Host is stopping background tasks. (\Microsoft\Windows\Plug and Play\Device Install Reboot Required )
