I HEAP skill.... tko ce za boga miloga uzet taj skill. Da ti HE shelovi imaju 6% manje shanse za vatru? Ali +25% penetracije? Da djelimo citadele sa HE shelovima?

Evo primjer Zao sa tim skillom, mislim da je DAFUQ pravi odgovor i živo me zanima kako bi to bilo na Des sa 6s reloadom...

100mm -> 16.7mm increased to 20.9mm
105mm -> 17.5mm increased to 21.9mm
120mm -> 20mm increased to 25mm
127mm -> 21.2mm increased to 26.5mm
130mm -> 21.7mm increased to 27.1mm
150mm -> 25mm increased to 31.3mm
152mm -> 25.3mm increased to 31.7mm
155mm -> 25.8mm increased to 32.3mm
180mm -> 30mm increased to 37.5mm
203mm -> 33.8mm increased to 42.3mm
210mm -> 35mm increased to 43.8mm
Here's the Battleship armour values that fall into that range.
At tier 6, armour values within the HE damaging range from 16mm up to 40mm. They have the following bands: 16mm / 25mm / 26mm / 30mm / 35mm / 37mm / 38mm / 40mm. 25mm is most commonplace, thus this skill is most advantageous on 120mm through to 130mm armed ships and again at 203mm+. I would not recommend it for 150mm through 180mm armed vessels.
At tier 7, armour valuyes within the HE damage range from 16mm up to 50mm. They have the following bands: 16mm / 25mm / 45mm / 50mm. 25mm is most commonplace. Thus once again, it's most advantageous to 120mm through to 130mm armed vessels. It is not recommend for 150mm through to 210mm armed ships.
At tier 8+, armour values within the HE damage range from 19mm up to 50mm. They have the following bands: 19mm / 25mm / 32mm / 37mm / 38mm / 50mm. 32mm is most commonplace. It is most advantageous for 155mm and 180mm armed vessels 100mm armed vessels will need to take this skill to do any damage with HE.

Jbg, previse opcija ima sa tim modul upgrades da je tesko odlucit kaj stavit.
Ne znam kaj bi stavljo Concealment il Target.

Mozda bolje pricekat do izlaska ovog commander patcha pa vidit kaj dobro pase sa novim setupom.

Nećeš niti s jednim pogriješiti. Ja ti preporučam concealment, ili ako imaš problema sa izbjegavanjem torpeda onda onaj drugi.
