Star Citizen has no deadlines, only goals and promises. Here is a quick selection of missed goals and broken promises in which Chris Roberts has given a date or a version number in which said thing will appear.

The Big List of stretch goals and promised (by Chris) missing features currently stands at 217 items. Only one item has actually materialised this year - SHOPPING. That's 0.46% of the advertised features delivered during 2016, which means another 200+ years at the current rate of development at a cost of $7,596,000,000 - the equivalent of 10,128,000 Polaris ship sales.

The list doesn't even include missing ships or 18+ months of 10FTC stuff! You could realistically double it!

So Chris Roberts isn't joking when he says that most of this stuff is coming "longer term". It also means that Lethality hasn't got the first clue what he's talking about with his 'industry standard' nonsense; by every single measurable industry standard this entire enterprise is completely bonkers and a blatant money grabbing scam.
