Check this link, it describes a way to disable tr-69:

Also you can go to engineer menu and disable tr69 from there, just disable "Enable Periodic Inform", and erase acs url.

Za ostale, isprobavanjem linkova sam uspio skinuti novu fw verziju, 09091601.00.338T2, stavio sam je u dropbox folder.
