Because they never bothered to clear their stats when we got a new patch. So the stats are tainted by old stats when some ships played completly different.
Prime example CV, which could do okay damage at the start of the OBT. warshipstats never bothered clearing their stats from those days, when CV could do things they can't even dream anymore about. Still people look there, see high damage numbers for CV and still think that is true even now.
If they had bothered to segment their stats by each patch then you could use the site.But not with everything mingled together. The whole page is just useless.
