I´ve talked with Sony yesterday and the support guy said that the new camera update is only a layout fix because alot of people think that the current layout is over complicated. He said nothing about picture quality or anything like that...
I´m sure there will be quality updates, yes. I even talked to them again today and said that we who use the Xperia line up want the full Camera 2 API with manual shutter speed and so on and manual ISO in 20/23MP settings in manual mode..
I hope that we get that in future updates.
