Uglavnom kontaktirao sam paypal da mi spojenu debitnu karticu (visa electron-splitska banka) prebace u USD
Posto imam devizni racun otvoren u splitskoj,ciji je IBAN isti kao i obicni tekuci racun mislim da ce raditi.
Uglavnom paypal je odgovoria prvo genericki sa nekim mejlom sa pustim Helpovima i Q&A di nema nicega bitnog.
Zatim sam odgovoria da nije to to sto trazim i da odgovore normalno.
Dobivam email sadrzaja

Just to be clear if i got all thing right, here is an example:
If i withdraw 10 US Dollars from my paypal account , then i will get 10 US dollars on my foreign currency bank account in my bank. (no fees etc. )
Is that correct?
If that is correct, then i am very satisfied , because that was my goal.

sad jos samo trebam isprobati povuci npr 10$ i nadati se da ce mi na internet bankarstvu pod Devizni racun stajati 10$
i ako to bude tako, ja mogu otici u splitsku banku i rec da mi isplati npr 100$ sa deviznog i ona mi daa u dolarima a ne kunama?
