Probaj u potpunosti maknuti bumblebee i nvidiu (apt-get --purge remove ako se ne varam) i restartati pa onda probati vidi li se nvidia gpu sa `lspci -nn | grep '\[03'`. U bios-u nisi ništa dirao?

Enable the Universe and Multiverse repositories in order to allow the bumblebee and nvidia packages to be installed:
sudo apt-get install bumblebee bumblebee-nvidia primus linux-headers-generic
Reboot.
