eh.... kako rekoh, prvi field jest, drugi nisu  . da ne ubacujem internal_encoding umjesto ovog uvjetovanja, da li bi jednako radilo?
posto opet kazem - samo prvi field headera ima UTF-8 encoding, drugi nemaju .
