I have reviewed your account and I can see that the reason that you are not unable to select this option because your email address is not yet confirmed.

When you add an email address to your PayPal account, we send you an email to confirm that you own the email address. Click the link in the email to confirm your email address. If you do not receive the email, you can request that we send it to you again.

Here’s how to confirm your email address:

Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
Click 'Update' beside 'Email.'
Select the email address you want to confirm, click ‘Confirm’ and we will send you an email.
Click the link in the email to complete the confirmation process.

Note:

Until you confirm your email address, you cannot receive money.
You also must confirm your email address before you can make it the primary email address on your account.

Once you have confirmed your email address you will be able to receive payments.

Nakon toga san verificirao mail u 3 klika i dalje je sve radilo... lova je došla idućeg 1. u mjesecu.
Zašto to u startu ne radi automatski ne znam, a nije me ni briga uostalom...
Ovo što si napisao nema apsolutne veze povlačenjem novca sa pp-a na visu...barem u mom slučaju. Verifikacija mi je odavno prošla...tj isti dan otkad sam aktivirao pp account.-->
