Element Bonus is a stand-alone mulitplier. Skill bonuses on the other hand get first added together with some other Wizard buffs to create a second multiplier.
Most buffs we have, are in this group that form the second multiplier.

An example. A wizard with

A: MW(Force)
B: Sparkflint
C: Cold Blooded
D: 10% to Arcane Orb
E: 10% to Cold Skills

Will get the following damage modifier versus a chilled enemy:

(Base Damage) * (1 + 0.2(A) + 0.1(B) + 0.1(C) + 0.1(D)) * (1 + 0.1(E))
=
(Base Damage) * (1.5) * (1.1)
=
(Base Damage) * 1.65

DPS prikazuje stvarno stanje koliko radiš Damage Per Second u ovisnosti o svim mogućim bonusima i opremi. Ne ubraja se + % to skill ili primjerice ako ti primary skill radi 130% dmg. To se sve zbraja naknadno.
E viš ovdje baš nisi jasan, prvo velik da pokazuje stvarno stanje a kasnije da se sve zbraja naknadno

Mene zanima dal ima neka foruma po kojoj bi mogao recimo sam izračunat koliko imam efektivni dps sa svim +% bonusima sa gearu...

Našao sam ovo kaj ima smisla
